Our Story
In 1989 Dorottya opened her first men’s boutique in Caulfield, West Vancouver which specialized in custom made shirts and suits. As the business grew and flourished Dorottya decided to open up new boutiques in various locations including Park Royal, the Royal Centre and the Bay in downtown Vancouver.
Many of her customers were movie stars who ordered private label designs, individual creations. Among these celebrities where; Anthony Hopkins, Tom Cruise, Halle Berry and Toni Collette.
In 1997, she decided to switch her focus to bridal wear, special occasion, mother of the bride collection and costume design. The collections became very popular in Nordstrom, Hudson Bay and many other local Wedding stores. The idea of individual design was the key attraction! “Brides-to-be” could bring in photos or their own sketches which helped Dorottya create something very special and unique for each client.

His experience and talent has led him to many different countries around the world, but now he’s available through Paris Vogue Apparel for brides and the mother of the bride who want to apparel in truly original creations.
